PMS (Fias based)
The PMS module of the HotSpot Manager platform creates a link between the hotel´s PMS and the HSM platform. PMS stands for Property Management System and is the management system of a hotel that contains all guest information. FIAS is the PMS interface that is used by HSM for room billing and guest data. Using the PMS module will allow you to create a richer guest experience and receive some interesting advantages for the hotel.The PMS module allows you to create a richer guest experience:
- Guests can charge internet access to their rooms
- Portal pages can be automatically shown in the guest´s language
- A personalized welcome message can be send
- Guests can view their bill
- Guests can receive text messages of the hotel´s staff

The PMS module provides some interesting advantages for the hotel:
- Automated billing: there is no action needed from the hotel´s staff to start up the guest´s internet connection. The PMS sends check-in and check-out information to the HSM.
- FIAS: FireDigit HSM has its own certified PMS interface, this way we send the charge directly to the PMS system. In this scenario we don´t depend on VLAN´s or any network related features. We can have a complete wireless setup and still do PMS charging.
- Certified by Micros Fidelio: FireDigit´s FIAS interface is compliant with all Micros Fidelio products.
